Joy & Breath Of Eternity ( 1979 ) is the first and so far only album by the Norwegian Alf Emil Eik . Eik recorded almost all of the instruments himself and also produced the album in his own studio.
The music on the album moves between Genesis - and Yes - influenced progressive rock and classic jazz rock , mixed by Eik in a unique way.
