Joy Carter

Joy E. Carter (born December 26, 1955 ; born in Rae ) is a British geologist and educational researcher . She is the Vice Chancellor of the University of Winchester .

Professional background

Since 2006 she has been the Vice Chancellor of the University of Winchester . In 2018 she was appointed Commander of the British Empire (CBE).

Carter works as a scientist in the fields of environmental geochemistry and health care.
