Ju Jun ( Chinese  橘 郡 , Pinyin Jú jùn , German roughly Orangenlandkreis ) refers to a 60 million USD housing program for 143 upscale American-style terraced houses in the Beijing metropolitan area, just under 30 km north of the city center. The Chinese developer Zhang Bo built the settlement to anticipate the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. It was designed by the architect Aram Bassenian from Newport Beach in Orange County, California . He sees Orange County as an example of wealth development.

All 143 units, furnished and decorated exclusively with American products, were sold within a month after the Beijing media reported a phenomenon called "The Orange Rush".
