Life

Juan Terrazas probably came to the capital city club America in 1923 , with which he was under contract at least until the 1929/30 season and with whom he won the championship of the capital league four times in a row in the first "golden era" of the club from 1925 to 1928 . In winning the first two titles in 1925 and 1926, he had a significant share in that he always scored the decisive goal in the decisive games against Asturias , both of which were won 1-0.

In the Libro de Oro del Fútbol Mexicano , Terrazas is described as one of the fastest players of his time and a perfect striker.

For the Mexican national team , he played the first game against Spain at the 1928 Olympic football tournament , which ended in a bitter 7-1 defeat.
