Judit Neumann

Judit Neumann (* 1976 in Magdeburg ) is a German lawyer . She is a judge at the Federal Social Court .

Live and act

Neumann studied from 1997 jurisprudence at the University of Halle-Wittenberg , where she passed her First State Exam of 2003. She completed her subsequent legal traineeship in 2005 with the second state examination. In 2006 she joined the higher judicial service of the state of Saxony-Anhalt and was initially employed as a probationary judge and from 2009 as a scheduled judge at the Halle Social Court . From 2011 to 2013 she was seconded to the Federal Social Court as a research assistant .

In July 2018 Neumann was elected judge at the Federal Social Court. She took up her position on November 20, 2019 and was assigned to the 14th Senate, which is primarily responsible for basic security for jobseekers. She is also a co-author of specialist comments on the Social Court Act , the Second Book of the Social Code and the Tenth Book of the Social Code .
