Juffernberg

The Juffernberg is a mountain of the Ennert which roofs the Siebengebirge to the north . It is east of the right bank of the Rhine in Bonn hamlet Oberkassel within the boundaries of Koenigswinter . Its height is 190.9 m above sea level .

The Juffernberg is the southeasternmost elevation of the Ennert. The Dollendorfer Hardt, which dominates the northern part of the Siebengebirge, is separated from it by a valley through which the L 490 (Langemarckstraße) runs . The Juffernberg is forested like the surrounding heights and is under nature protection. It is only a gently pronounced height and merges into open land to the north and east, the village of Vinxel , which belongs to Königswinter, in the north and the Casseler Heide in the east.

The Juffernberg is the only elevation of the Ennert in the Siebengebirge nature reserve that is not part of the Ennert nature reserve , as the latter is limited to the Bonn city area.
