Anita Fleckl

Anita Fleckl (born May 16, 1967 in Rottenmann ) is an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ). Fleckl was a member of the Austrian National Council between 2002 and 2008 .

education and profession

Anita Fleckl attended elementary school in Unterburg between 1973 and 1978 and the secondary school in Stainach between 1978 and 1982 . Fleckl then graduated from commercial school by 1985 .

After completing her training, Fleckl often changed her job. She worked for a printing company (1985–1986), the Steiermärkische Sparkasse Irdning (1986), at the Hotel Unterwirt in Tyrol (1986–1987), at the Steinmetz printing company (1987–1988), at Trautenfels Castle (1988–1989) and at Mercedes (1989–1990). After her maternity leave (1990–1992) she moved to parliament and between 1992 and 2002 was a parliamentary assistant, where she looked after MPs Hannelore Buder , Brunhilde Plank and Josef Horn .

Political career

Anita Fleckl has been a member of the district party executive committee, member of the district party presidium and district party chairwoman of the SPÖ Liezen since 2002. Anita Fleckl is also heavily involved in the women's organizations of the SPÖ. Since 2002 she has been a member of the state women's committee of the SPÖ Styria and in 2003 joined the district women's committee of the SPÖ Liezen. Since 2004 she has been the district chairwoman of the SPÖ Liezen. Furthermore, she is a member of the state party executive committee of the SPÖ Styria (since 2004) and a member of the state party presidium of the SPÖ Styria (since 2004).

Fleckl was a member of the National Council from December 20, 2002 to September 2008 and was a member of the regional constituency 6 (Styria). She represented the SPÖ in the XXIII. Legislative period in the consumer protection, national defense, tourism and transport committees. In December 2007 she succeeded Kurt Eder as traffic spokeswoman for the parliamentary club. In 2008, Felck left office voluntarily for personal reasons.

Private

Anita Fleckl is married and has two sons.
