The 1992/93 season was the second season of the ice hockey league of the BR Yugoslavia , the highest Yugoslav ice hockey league . The HK Red Star Belgrade became champion for the second time in the club's history .

In the main round, each of the four teams played a total of 18 games. The first place in the main round was champion. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
