The 2015/16 season of the Serbian Ice Hockey League was the tenth season of Serbia's top ice hockey division . Master was again the HK Partizan Belgrade .

Attendees

The HK Beostar withdrew from the game, but returned after a year break of the HK NS Stars , as well as after several years of financial problems of the HK Vojvodina Novi Sad . The KHK Roter Stern Belgrade registered a junior team for the game under the name Red Team , so that the league initially consisted of the following seven teams:

After two match days, the Red Team was canceled from the game and the game results were canceled.

mode

The championship was initially held in the league system, with each team playing twice against the other teams. Three points were awarded for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime or a shootout and one point for a loss after overtime or a shootout. In the event of a defeat after regular time, the team went away empty-handed.

The two best teams in the main round qualify for the championship final, which is played in the best of five mode. Third place is played between the third and fourth placed team in the best of three mode.
