The 2004/05 season was the second season of the Serbian-Montenegrin Ice Hockey League , the highest Serbian-Montenegrin ice hockey league . The HK Red Star Belgrade became Serbian champion for the fifth time in the club's history .

In the main round, each of the five teams played between 10 and 13 games. The four best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
