The 2012/13 season of the Serbian Ice Hockey League ( Serbian Prvenstvo Srbije u hokeju na ledu Првенство Србије у ҳоқејү на леду , literally translated: Serbian Ice Hockey Championship) was the seventh season of Serbia's highest ice hockey league . HK Partizan Belgrade became the champion .

The championship was held in the league system. Three points were awarded for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime or a shootout and one point for a loss after overtime or a shootout. In the event of a defeat after regular time, the team went away empty-handed.
