The 2012/13 season was the 39th season of the Superliga , the highest Spanish ice hockey division . Champion became the first time in the history of the CH Gasteiz club .
Main round
mode
In the main round, each of the six teams played a total of 15 games. The four best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. A win in the regular season gave a team 3 points, a win and a defeat after extra time was rewarded with 2 and 1 point respectively. There were no points for a defeat in regular time.
