The 2018/19 season was the 45th season of the Superliga , the highest Spanish ice hockey division . The CH Txuri Urdin was able to defend his title from the previous year and win his twelfth championship title.
Main round
mode
As in the previous season, five teams played in the top Spanish league. In the main round, each of these teams completed a total of 16 games. The four best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. A win in regular time earned a team 3 points. A win and a defeat after extra time was rewarded with 2 or 1 point. There were no points for a defeat in regular time.
