The 2018/19 season is the second season of the supranational International Hockey League with clubs from Slovenia , Croatia and Serbia .

The clubs from Bled and Maribor withdrew from the IHL and only play in the Slovenian ice hockey league. Similarly, moved HK Playboy Slavija from Ljubljana and became its junior club HK Slavija Juniors replaced.
