Julio Losada , full name Julio Daniel Losada , (born June 16, 1950 ) is a former Uruguayan football player .

The 1.62-meter-tall offensive player Losada belonged to the squad of Club Atlético Peñarol in the Primera División in 1967 and from 1969 to 1972 . During this period he won the Uruguayan championship and the Copa de Honor with the Aurinegros in 1967 , the Supercopa de Campeones Intercontinentales in 1969 with Losada in the starting line-up in the decisive 2-1 win against Estudiantes de La Plata and the Copa Montevideo in 1971 . However, he was only a member of the regular eleven in 1969 and was a member of this until 1971. Before the 1972 season he left the club. He chose his next career station in Greece at Olympiacos Piraeus . There he was active from 1972 to 1980 and in the 1981/82 season, playing 150 games and scoring 30 goals during this period. Olympiakos celebrated victory in the national championship in the years of Losada's membership in the team in 1973, 1974, 1975, 1980 and 1982. In addition, they won the cup in 1973 and 1975.

Losada was a member of the senior national team of Uruguay , for which he completed five international matches between March 31, 1970 and June 10, 1970. He did not score an international goal.
