Julius Heubach

Julius Heubach (born February 5, 1870 in Münnerstadt , † September 29, 1923 in Heidenau ) was a German engineer. Between 1911 and 1923 he was adjunct professor at the TH Dresden .

Life

After graduating from high school in Bad Kissingen , Heubach began studying electrical engineering and mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich in 1888 . From 1892 and 1894 he worked as an electrical engineer at Schuckert & Co. in Dresden and Nuremberg and at OL Kummer & Co. Niedersedlitz .

In 1895 he was an authorized signatory and co-founder of the Sächsische Elektrizitätswerke AG.

After positions as chief engineer at Helios AG in Cologne-Ehrenfeld (from 1899) and at Sachsenwerk Licht und Kraft AG (from 1903), where he was also director, as well as the post of managing director of the electric motor works Heidenau (from 1905) Julius Heubach became 1911 Appointed professor for electrical engineering at the Technical University of Dresden. He held this position until his death in 1923.
