Julius Kiptum Rop
Julius Kiptum Rop (* 1977 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .
He made his debut in 2005 at the Leipzig Marathon , which he won in 2:16:22. In the same year he was fifth in the Cologne Marathon in 2:16:18.
Actually only engaged as a pacemaker , he won the 2006 Düsseldorf Marathon in 2:15:56. At the Baden Marathon , where he had been victorious on the half marathon course a year earlier , he came second in the same year.
