Julius Wrede

Karl Gustav Julius Wrede (born December 1, 1881 in Oschersleben (Bode) , † May 9, 1958 in Dinslaken ) was a German administrative officer, bank manager and manor owner.

Life

Julius Wrede, son of a factory owner, studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1900 he became a member of the Corps Vandalia Heidelberg . After completing his studies and doctorate, he entered the Prussian civil service. In 1910 he passed the government assessor exam with the government in Merseburg . In the same year he became a government assessor in Merseburg. Later he was a member of the government in Arnsberg , and from November 1917 to April 1925 he was district administrator of the Wehlau district . He then resigned from the civil service, switched to the mortgage banking business and became director and board member of Deutsche Centralbodenkredit-AG in Berlin, which was created in 1930 through the merger . He was the owner of the manor in Kletzke and a member of the German gentlemen's club .
