Julius von Oheimb

Julius Baron von Oheimb (born August 9, 1843 in the Duchy of Saxony-Lauenburg ; † February 5, 1922 in Helpsen ) was the manor owner, district administrator and member of the German Reichstag .

origin

His parents were William Karl Moritz Ernst von Oheimb (March 24, 1802 - September 3, 1866) and his wife Fanny Auguste Wilhelmine von Levetzow (March 12, 1808 - February 21, 1872).

Life

Julius Friedrich Goddert Wilhelm von Oheimb attended grammar school in Bückeburg and the Royal Hanover Cadet Corps and became Hanoverian Premier Lieutenant. He ran agriculture on his manor in Helpsen.

From 1876 to 1887 he was a member of the Schaumburg-Lippi state parliament. From 1887 to 1890 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of the Principality of Schaumburg-Lippe ( Bückeburg , Stadthagen ) and the German Conservative Party . From 1898 to 1916 he was district administrator in the Stadthagen district.

family

On July 6, 1867, he married Charlotte von Ramdohr (* January 22, 1844 - May 18, 1917), a daughter of the Hanoverian Lieutenant General Wilhelm Albrecht Andreas von Ramdohr . The couple had several children:

  • William Parm Georg Franz (* May 11, 1868 - April 30, 1953) ⚭ 1893 Countess Elma Innhausen and Knyphausen (* October 14, 1869 - October 15, 1955), daughter of Edzard zu Innhausen and Knyphausen
  • Elma (* August 9, 1870; † July 14, 1951) ⚭ Georg von Schwerin (* May 23, 1862; † April 13, 1932), senior public prosecutor
  • Elisabeth (7 June 1874 - 15 January 1897)
