Junip is a Swedish band who released the EP Black Refuge in late 2005 . The most famous member of the band is the Swedish indie / folk singer and songwriter José González . In contrast to González's solo album Veneer , his acoustic guitar takes a back seat here. Because of the gloomy sound, the music is called indie and dark pop .
Black Refuge includes five songs, including a cover version of Bruce Springsteen's Ghost of Tom Joad . The song Always was used in a 2011 commercial by Deutsche Telekom .
