Just Hansen

Just Michael Hansen (born August 25, 1812 in Næstved , † June 13, 1891 in Slagelse ) was a Danish portrait painter and photographer .

Life

family

Just was the son of the pastry chef Niels Hansen and Birgitte Kirstine Hansen , as well as the brother of the later photographer and portrait painter Carl Christian Hansen . He married Sophie Elisabeth Didriksen (born April 17, 1809 in Copenhagen; †? September 2, 1890 in Slagelse), the daughter of Chr. And Cecilie Marie Dybe .

Career

Just Hansen attended the Royal Danish Academy of Art in Copenhagen from 1828 to 1836 .
