Justin Brett (* in London ) is a British actor in theater, film and television, he is also active as a writer , musician and comedian .

Life

Justin Brett was born in London to actor Simon Oates and model Jaki Eastoe. Justin Brett followed in the footsteps and acting career of his father, who had already worked successfully as a stand-up comedian in the 1960s . After studying pantomime and body theater, he completed a year-long training at the Central School of Speech and Drama . Based in London, Justin Brett tours the UK primarily as a stage actor and comedian. Among other things, he appeared as a comedian at The Tricycle Theater , the Old Vic Tunnels , London Underground Art or with regular gigs at the New Wolsey Theater in Ipswich. Furthermore, he had numerous appearances and engagements at various smaller and independent British theaters, such as the Stephen Joseph Theater , the Theater Royal Bath , the Finborough Theater , the Theater by the Lake or the Manchester Library Theater in the 2000s .

In addition, Justin Brett has been working as an actor in film and television since the 1980s, initially under the stage name Justin Salmon, but since 1995 under the name Justin Brett. He made his television debut in 1983 as a child actor in the British television miniseries Dombey & Son . Since the millennium he was seen as an actor in various cinema roles in some low-budget productions and several episodes of television series. In 2011 he was given the role of courier driver in the US-British cinema production Companions from director Steven Spielberg . In 2012 he starred in an episode of the hit British television series EastEnders , which is produced by the BBC . He also had roles in the television series Doctors (2013) and Topsy and Tim (2013-2014).

In addition to his work in theater, film and television, Justin Brett also works as a writer and musician.
