Witter is an unincorporated community in Madison County , Arkansas in the United States . The village, located on Arkansas Highway 23 , around 18 km south-southeast of Huntsville in the War Eagle Creek Valley, has a post office with the ZIP code 72776.
geography
The village is located on the east side of a valley that runs roughly in a north-south direction. The place is in the catchment area of the Beaver Reservoir and thus the Mississippi River and currently in the 3rd Congressional constituency of Arkansas . The not constantly water-bearing Kecks Creek flows from the east a little further south of the place orographic right into the War Eagle Creek.
