Justine Lévy (born September 27, 1974 in France ) is a French writer.

Life

Lévy is the eldest daughter from the first marriage of the philosopher Bernard-Henri Lévy . Her mother is the French woman Isabelle Doutreluigne, who died in 2004 . She lives in Paris , where she works for a publishing house. Her debut work " Le rendez-vous " (German Rendezvous with Alice ) was received positively by critics.

In 1996 she married Raphaël Enthoven , the son of her father's best friend, Jean-Paul Enthoven . However, the marriage was difficult and eventually he left for the model and singer Carla Bruni . Influenced by her marital difficulties, she wrote a semi-autobiographical story entitled " Rien de Grave " (German Not So Tragic ). For this she received the Prix ​​Littéraire Le Vaudeville and the Grand Prix Littéraire de l'Héroïne Marie France . Her third novel was published in German in 2010.

She has a daughter and a son with her partner Patrick Mille .
