Jutta Müller (windsurfer)
Jutta Müller (* 26. March 1968 in Ludwigshafen ) is a German athlete who like their one year older sister Anja in the 1980s and 1990s as a professional - windsurfer was successful.
Life
Müller grew up in the Palatinate municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim . She learned windsurfing on the local Silbersee , where she co-founded the Windsurf Silbersee surf school . From 1986 to 1998 she participated in competitions, since 1999 she has lived as a tourism manager on the Hawaiian island of Maui .
successes
During her sporting career, Müller, who was nicknamed Miss Tabletop by the media , won a total of eleven world championships from the Professional Boardsailors Association (PBA) and one from the Professional Windsurfers Association (PWA). Her greatest achievement was winning four PBA titles in 1991.
She is the only German who could win a World Cup competition before Ho'okipa , the Aloha Classic 1993. None of the German gentlemen has yet succeeded in this.
