Ngorchen Könchog Lhundrub ( Tib. Ngor chen dkon mchog lhun dug * 1497 , † 1557 ) was the 10th abbot of Ngor monastery . He was a student of Könchog Gyeltshen ( dkon mchog rgyal mtshan ; 1388–1469). He is the author of Three Visions ( snang gsum mdzes rgyan ), a basic work of the Sakya tradition, in which it is the most widespread representation of the sutra path. He is also the author of a famous history of Buddhism in India and Tibet with special reference to the Ngor tradition , the Ngor chos' byung (short title), written in 1692 by Ngorchen Sanggye Phüntshog ( ngor chen sangs rgyas phun tshogs ; 1649–1705), the 25th Abbot of Ngor Monastery, was completed.
