The Königsbach is a left tributary of the Rhine in the south of Koblenz , Rhineland-Palatinate . It has a length of 854 meters, a water catchment area of 0.846 square kilometers and the river code number 25912.
The Königsbach rises at about 190 meters above sea level west of the Dommelberg , flows in a north-easterly direction past the Stolzenfels district and the Koblenz brewery , crosses under the Bundesstraße 9 and flows into the Rhine at about 60 meters above sea level opposite Niederlahnstein .
