The Körbaer Teich is a small lake in Brandenburg , Germany . It is located near Körba , a district of Lebusa in the Elbe-Elster district . In east-west direction it is about 800 meters long, in north-south direction about 400 meters, so that it has a water surface of 25.8 hectares . This reaches a depth of two meters.
The Schweinitzer Fließ flows out of the Körba pond . The body of water was artificially created by Carmelites for carp breeding. The Körba pond is part of the FFH area "Körba pond and lowland landscape on the Schweinitzer Fließ".
