Coastal marathon

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The coastal marathon (official name Sparkasse coastal marathon Otterndorf ) is a marathon in Otterndorf that has been held annually in September since 2000. It is organized by the clubs TSV Otterndorf, TSV Wanna and VfL Wingst . The event also includes a 10 km run and, since 2005, a half marathon and a 5 km run.

route

The route with start and finish at the town hall is a circular course that has to be completed four times in the marathon. It first leads out of the city along the Hadelner Canal , over the Elbe dike and then back into the city area.
