Polat Kemboi Arıkan (birth name Paul Kipkosgei Kemboi ; born December 12, 1990 in Eldoret , Kenya ) is a Turkish long-distance runner of Kenyan origin.

In 2008 he was third at the Loopfestijn Voorthuizen and won the half marathon competition of the coastal marathon . In 2010 he finished fourth over 10 km at Tout Rennes Court.

On June 20, 2011, he received citizenship of Turkey. In 2012 he won the European Athletics Cup over 10,000 meters . At the European Championships in Helsinki he won bronze over 5000 meters and gold over 10,000 meters. At the Olympic Games in London in 2012 he finished 13th over the 5000 meters and was ninth over the 10,000 meters. At the European Championships in Amsterdam in 2016 , he won the 10,000 meter title for the second time since 2012.
