Kica , even Kıcaköy , is a former village , now a Mahalle in District Silifke of the Turkish province of Mersin . The place has about 320 inhabitants. It is located in the central Taurus Mountains about 40 kilometers northwest of Silifke and 80 kilometers west of the provincial capital Mersin . It can be reached via a country road leading from Mut to Uzuncaburç .

The place was in the media in 2008 because of a sex strike by women over the water supply.
