Kōki Yonekura ( Japanese 米 倉 恒 貴 , Yonekura Kōki ; born May 17, 1988 in Chiba , Chiba Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

society

Yonekura began playing soccer during elementary school at Nishikonakadai FC, then went to Chiba Nanohana FC during middle school, and eventually played for his Yachiyo High School team. After graduating from school, he was signed by the then first division club JEF United Ichihara Chiba , where he made his debut game on June 30, 2007. In 2014 he moved to Gamba Osaka . Here he was under contract until the end of 2019. In 2019 he was loaned to the second division team JEF United Ichihara Chiba from Ichihara . After the loan, he was signed by JEF in early 2020.

National team

Yonekura was a member of Japan's U-20 national soccer team in 2007 and made his debut for the Japanese men 's national soccer team in 2015 . With the Japanese national team, he qualified for the 2015 East Asian Cup .
