The Klubi Sportiv Burreli is an Albanian football club in the town of Burrel . The club currently plays in the category e parë , the second highest Albanian league. The club plays its home games at the Liri Ballabani Stadium , which has a capacity of around 2,500 spectators.

history

In 1952 the association was founded under the name KS 31 Korriku Burrel . In the 1981/82 season, the club played for the first time in the top division .

In the 2006/07 season, KS Burreli was excluded and thus took last place in the e parë category , after an association delegate was beaten up in the cabin after a championship game. In the 2007/08 season, the club therefore played in the category e dytë , the third division. In the next season, the club succeeded in climbing again into the categoria e parë .
