KF Egnatia is an Albanian football club from Rrogozhina . The club is currently playing in the second-rate category e parë . They play their home games in the Egnatia Arena with a capacity of 4000 spectators.

The association was founded on September 15, 1964 under the name 22 Shtatori Rrogozhinë. In 1991 the club was renamed Vullneti Rrogozhinë, before it was renamed in 1998 to the current name KF Egnatia.

After the club had played in the Albanian second division for a long time, they were embroiled in a scandal in the 2000/01 season. The players of the club playing for promotion to the first division went at the score of 0: 1 on the players of the opposing KF Elbasani , so that the game had to be stopped in the 44th minute. Initially, the club was sentenced to relegation, but the verdict was later overturned. In the following season they were sixth in the table, the following year they qualified for the reformed second division . 2003/04 succeeded as the second division champions promotion to the first division , from which you had to relegate as the penultimate but directly. Until 2007/08, the club played in the second, before relegating to the third Albanian division in 2008/09 .

In 2016/17, KF Egnatia won the championship and was promoted to the second division. In the 2017/18 season, the team achieved a sensational victory in the first round of the football cup : The team from Peqin defeated FK Kukësi , the Albanian champions of the 2016/17 season , 1-0 at home on September 13, 2017 . The second leg in Kukës was clearly lost with four goals conceded.
