Hong Sŏng-nam II cabinet
The Hong Sŏng-nam II cabinet is the government of North Korea elected by the Supreme People's Assembly on September 5, 1998 after the 1998 general election .
The role of the government of North Korea is limited compared to other countries. The government is mainly exercised by the National Defense Commission headed by Kim Jong-il .
