Cabinet Pak Pong-ju I
The Pak Pong-ju cabinet is the government of North Korea elected by the Supreme People's Assembly on September 3, 2003 after the 2003 parliamentary elections . The Ministerial Council Chairman Pak Pong-ju was voted out of parliament on April 11, 2007 and replaced by the previous Minister of Transport, Kim Yŏng-il .
The role of the government of North Korea is limited compared to other countries. The government is mainly exercised by the National Defense Commission headed by Kim Jong-il .
