Kaddisfly is an American post-hardcore band from Eugene, founded in 2000 .
history
Kaddisfly were founded in 2000 and are named after the English name ( caddisfly ) for the caddis fly . The lyrics are mostly about topics from nature. The band is known for extensive touring.
The 2007 album Set Sail the Prairie contains 14 songs, 12 of which are assigned to a month. The remaining two songs are short interludes and named after the winter and summer solstice .
