Kaemsechem was a prince of the ancient Egyptian 4th dynasty . He was a son of the vizier Kawab and his wife Hetepheres II and thus a grandson of Pharaoh Cheops .

Kaemsechem owns the Mastaba G 7660 in the east cemetery of the Great Pyramid of Cheops . There was a sarcophagus of red granite found, the now in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo is located. The badly damaged reliefs in the grave show Kaemsechem together with his wife, whose name is unknown.
