Kai Dolgner (born July 23, 1969 in Lübeck ) is a German politician ( SPD ). He is a member of the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament .

After graduating from the Kronwerk-Gymnasium in Rendsburg , Dolgner was a temporary soldier from 1989 to 1991 and then studied chemistry at the University of Kiel . He graduated with diploma and was awarded the dissertation in 2008 Targeted Design of precious metal polycarbonate interfaces by embedding metal nanoparticles doctorate . From 1998 to 2009 he worked at the University of Kiel as a research assistant and between 2003 and 2009 was director of the Center for Materials Analysis there.

Dolgner was spokesman for the Juso AG in Rendsburg from 1992 to 1998 and Juso district chairman in Rendsburg-Eckernförde from 1995 to 1999 . In 1994 he became a member of the district council and in 2008 chairman of the SPD district parliamentary group in Rendsburg-Eckernförde as well as the second deputy district administrator . He is a member of the supervisory board of the waste management company Rendsburg-Eckernförde mgH.

Dolgner has been a member of the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament since October 27, 2009. In the 2009 and 2012 elections he entered parliament via the state list . In the 18th electoral term of the state parliament he is a member of the interior and legal committee, chairman of the working group interior and law of the SPD state parliament group and member of the parliamentary group executive committee. He lives in Osterrönfeld . Dolgner is also a member of the Interior and Legal Committee.
