Kai U. Juergens

Kai Ulrich Jürgens (born July 5, 1966 in Kiel ) is a German literary scholar , essayist , reviewer , editor , editor and draftsman .

Jürgens received his doctorate in 1999 on the writer Ror Wolf . Since then he has preferred to publish on contemporary topics from literature, film, art and music, etc. a. to Anke Feuchtenberger , David Lynch , Arno Schmidt and Asmus Tietchens . He also works for publishers, daily newspapers and broadcasters. Since the winter of 2013/14 he has also been working as a semester-by-semester lecturer at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel .

In 2002 he was in charge of the literary "Kieler Edition". He is one of the operators of the reality factory , which presents the work of Ror Wolf on the Internet, and is involved as editor of the work edition Ror Wolf Werke (RWW) at Verlag Schöffling & Co.
