Kaisei Yui
Kaisei Yui ( Japanese 油井 快 晴 , Yui Kaisei; * February 6, 1996 ) is a Japanese sprinter who specializes in the 400-meter run .
In the 4 x 400 meter relay , he retired in 2014 with the Japanese team at the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Sopot and won silver at the World Junior Athletics Championships in Eugene . At the Athletics Continental Cup in Marrakech , he finished fourth with the Asia-Pacific relay.
He set his personal best of 46.36 s on June 27, 2015 in Niigata .
