The property is part of a historicist ensemble in Kaiserstrasse in the area between Humboldtstrasse and Lessingstrasse.
architecture
It is an eave-permanent , two-story, three-axis historistisches residential building with balconies on the first floor, mansard roof and mittelaxial arranged gable . Base with plaster ashlar and cornice. On the ground floor, first floor and roof bay window, a yellow-red brick facing characterizes the facade . The ground floor is also emphasized by horizontally running, diamented fitting strips.
A deeply incised, arched house entrance in the left axis leads into the building, two arched windows on a continuous cornice illuminate the ground floor. A blind frieze with a raised cornice leads to the first floor. The two outer windows show a straight canopy, the middle one is designed as a portico with Tuscan pilasters and triangular gable roofing with a door and beams. All three upright rectangular windows have a closed skylight .
The eaves beam with eaves is blasted in the middle axis, it leads into a horizontally suspected, laterally framed by pilasters mid- house with arched windows under roof. The upper gable top of the dwelling has been lost. On the top floor, a dormer window with tall rectangular windows under triangular gables flanks the dwelling.
