The building, erected around 1888, is part of a historical ensemble in the lower section of Kaiserstrasse, between Albertusstrasse and Bismarckstrasse.

The three-storey three - window house with a mansard roof and basement plinth is used as an apartment building. Year of construction according to the designation in the middle oriel gable of the mansard roof 1888.
