The Kaleidoscope String Quartet is a Swiss string quartet that moves stylistically between classical and jazz . The quartet won the ZKB Jazz Prize in 2012 . The Kaleidoscope String Quartet has been under contract with the Berlin label Traumton Records since 2015 .

The quartet mainly plays original compositions by Simon Heggendorn and David Schnee.
