history

After Wuerttemberg acquired the Teutonic Order in Kapfenburg in 1806, a camera office was established in Kapfenburg for the possessions and income of the former Teutonic Order.

In 1810 the Kameralamt Kapfenburg was assigned some of the locations of the Bavarian Rent Office Nördlingen that Bavaria had ceded to Württemberg . The Neresheim camera office was also established in 1810, but it was dissolved again in 1811 and divided between the Kapfenburg, Heidenheim and Aalen camera offices .

The Kapfenburg camera office took over the following locations from the Ellwangen City Camera Office, which has been combined with the Ellwangen Land Camera Office since 1819:

  • from the Schultheisserei Lippach: Dettenroden, Haisterhofen, Killingen,
  • from the Schultheisserei Zipplingen: Sechtenhausen, Wössingen, Zipplingen,
  • from the Schultheisserei Zöbingen: Hundslohe , Walxheim ,
  • from the mayor's shop Geislingen: Harthausen, Nordhausen,
  • from the Schultheisserei Schneidheim with Unterschneidheim: Ziegelhütte, Oberschneidheim,
  • from the Schultheisserei Tannhausen: Tannhausen, Bergheim, Bleichroden, Forstweiler with Kreuthof and Neuweiler, Hagenbucherhof, Ellrichsbronn, Sederhof,
  • from the Schultheisserei Dalkingen: Dalkingen and Weiler.

When carried out on February 15, 1840 Equality of Kameralamtsbezirks Aalen (Unterkochen) to the Upper District Aalen joined the Kameralamt Aalen to the Upper District Neresheim from perched village Ebnat and the plots Diepertsbuch and Niesitz to the Kameralamt Kapfenburg. The municipality of Jagsthausen, located in the Oberamt Aalen, with five parcels and the Hohenberg and Neubau parcels belonging to the municipality of Unterkochen were transferred from the Kapfenburg camera office to the Aalen camera office.

On the basis of the decree of March 6, 1843, the Kapfenburg camera office was assigned: the Aalen camera office assigned the municipality of Jagsthausen with five parcels to the Ellwangen regional office , and the villages of Ballmertshofen, Demmingen, Dischingen, Eglingen and Grosskuchen belonging to the Neresheim regional office from the Heidenheim camera office.

On April 13, 1881, the Kameralamtsgebiet Kapfenburg was assimilated with the Oberamtsgebiet Neresheim . The Kameralamt Kapfenburg therefore had to cede the locations Benzenzimmern, Geislingen, Lauchheim, Lippach, Nordhausen, Tannhausen, Unterschneidheim, Unterwilflingen, Walxheim, Westhausen, Zipplingen and Zöbingen to the Kameralamt Ellwangen, which was put on an equal footing with the Oberamtsviertel Ellwangen .
