The Kangto (also Kangtö or Kanggardo Rize ; Chinese  康格 多 峰 , Pinyin Kānggéduō Fēng ) is a mountain in the Assam Himalayas on the border between the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh and the autonomous region of Tibet .

The glaciated mountain has a height of 7090  m (according to other information 7042 m or 7060 m). It is located on the McMahon Line in the main Himalayan ridge in an area disputed between India and China. The Kangto is the highest mountain in Arunachal Pradesh.

The Kangto was first climbed in 1988 via the northeast ridge. The mountain, which is difficult to access, has not yet been climbed from the Indian south side.
