Cape Blake is a rocky cape on the East Antarctic George V coast . It belongs to the Organ Pipe Cliffs and is 6 km west of Cape Wild .
The cape was discovered during the Australasian Antarctic Expedition (1911-1914) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson . He named it after Leslie Russell Blake (1890-1918), who, as a geologist and cartographer, was part of the team working on Macquarie Island on this research trip.
