Cape Leguillou ( French Cap Leguillou ) is a headland that forms the northern tip of Tower Island at the northeastern end of the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula .
Participants of the Third French Antarctic Expedition (1837-1840) under the direction of polar explorer Jules Dumont d'Urville mapped them for the first time. D'Urville named it after Elie-Jean-François Le Guillou (1806–1855), surgeon on board the ship Zélée on this research trip .
