The Cape Wennersgaard (English Wennersgaard Point ) is a headland on the Davis coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . At the northwestern end of the Swilengrad Peninsula , it separates the entrances to Lanchester Bay and Jordanoff Bay .
Participants in the Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1901–1903) led by Otto Nordenskjöld mapped it between November and December 1902. Nordenskjöld named it after the Norwegian seaman Ole Christian Wennersgaard (1881–1903), who on June 7, 1903 in the expedition's winter camp Paulet Island died of a weak heart.
