The chapel is about 9 meters long and about 6 meters wide. It has a round apse on its east side and has a gable roof . On the west side of the roof sits a ridge turret with an onion helmet .

Interior

Inside the chapel is a single-nave hall structure. The ceiling fresco by the Oberammergau painter Franz Seraph Zwinck depicts the marriage of Mary (mother of Jesus) and Joseph.

The reredos of the high altar in the apse is framed by columns and pilasters. The altarpiece shows St. Joseph. The capitals of the two outer pilasters carry vases. On both sides of the high altar there is a figure of a saint on a console.

A picture on the north wall shows St. Conrad. A large crucifix hangs across from him on the south wall . A Way of the Cross is also hung there.
